The Flourist is a one woman show.
I find an immense satisfaction in the marriage of science, art and engineering that is baking and take pride in using the best ingredients at my disposal. Sourcing locally, and even from my own teeny tiny garden whenever possible. My flavors are constantly changing, following the seasons and sometimes a whim. In this way, no two cakes I’ve made have ever been exactly the same. Each has been a unique exploration- and a totally new creation.
